• If you have made an error with your purchase you can return the item in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt, unopened (with any seals or shrinkwrap intact) and we will issue a part refund* for the price you paid for that item (less shipping costs). Please email us and we will advise you with the return of your item.
  *Subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• If the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately and return the item, within 7 days of receipt we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for that item or replacement if you wish. Please email us first and await our conformation.
• If after use the item develops a fault, please return the item to us within the 1 year manufacturers guarantee period.
  We will send the ball back to the distributor for tests and if found to be faulty we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item/s or replacement/s if you so wish. (please allow up to 28 days) for results of fault/s to be notified to us.
• If we have made an error with your order, please return the item within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for that item. Please email us first and await our conformation.
• If you wish a replacement, one will be sent out upon return, if the same product is not in stock at the time, you will be offered a similar product to the one which was returned. If this is not acceptable, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for that item.

Please wrap and package the item(s) you wish to return securely and send to the address below, enclosing the reason for return, a copy of the delivery note if one was supplied or if this has been omitted/destroyed, a copy of the confirmation e-mail you were sent. We insist that you use registered post or recorded delivery or an insured courier to return the items to us to avoid problems with any receipt of items.
