Basketball Online
uses our payment partner PayPal to process your orders.
PayPal utilises the world's most advanced fraud prevention systems, creating
a safe, global, real-time payment solution for credit and debit card
payments.
If you have not yet got a PayPal account, don't worry you don't have to sign
up for one. Just enter your name address and your credit/debit card details,
you then have the option to save your details with Paypal and become a
PayPal member. and best of all, it is completely free for you to send payments to any one of the
50 million people worldwide that have a PayPal account.
If you prefer, you can still send us your order by other methods, we accept:

Postal Orders
At this moment in time we do not accept payment via credit cards over the
phone, but in the future we will be adding this to our payment methods.
If you wish to pay by personal cheque please quote the part number on your
order, enclose payment, your address details and send it to the address on
the contacts page. If you are in any doubt, please contact us and we will be
happy to assist you in your purchase.
Cheques may need up to 5 working days to clear before goods are dispatched.
All goods are sent out usually by next day delivery, but please allow up to
14 days if goods are not in stock at time of ordering.
All orders placed will be acknowledged by a conformation email, we will keep
you informed of the progress of your order throughout every stage of the
process. |

All items are sent out by recorded delivery and will require a
signature upon receipt.
If your items are returned undelivered we will charge for
re-delivery, but there will be no re-stocking fee.
All basketballs are inflated and supplied with needles we do not
charge extra for this service.
All Basketball systems include free delivery to standard UK
postcodes. There will be a surcharge to certain areas and postcodes,
please email us if you require a confirmed price for delivery
beforehand.
Deliveries of Basketballs to Europe are charged at £5.00 (7.36 Euro)
per ball Airmail (Delivery 4-5 Days)
Deliveries of Balls outside of Europe are subject to a charge of
£9.00 per ball Airmail (Delivery 1-2 weeks) |
